It’s time for another Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! Summer flew right by and fall is here! What better time for a coffee themed hop than when the leaves are beginning to change and the night air is becoming infused with a touch of coolness. I think I’m ready for cooler days (if I don’t think about what follows autumn).
I created a card for the hop using my typical clean and simple style.
Precious Remembrance Shop has a wonderful Oh So Fun stamp set and I stamped the smaller jar as my main image using SU! Island Indigo ink (stamped off for a lighter shade). The simple sentiment was stamped in the same color using an older set called Clearly Sentimental About Coffee by My Favorite Things. I don’t believe it’s available anymore. The coffee bean image is from Hero Arts Rubber Stamps Kelly’s Coffee and Donuts wood block set and is stamped in SU! Early Espresso ink. So many adorable little images in that set! I stamped the bean several times and popped up three with foam dots to add a little dimension. I also added a touch of sparkle to the beans using a Wink of Stella Glitter Clear Brush Marker. The gold sequin stars were added as simple embellishments. The stitched main panel was created using My Favorite Things Wonky Stitched Rectangle Die-Namics.
I hope you have a chance to join in the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! It ends Friday, September 30, so you have some time to create something and link up! There is an amazing list of super generous sponsors and you’re not going to want to miss all the inspiration and fabulous prizes up for grabs!
Have a wonderful weekend!
