Almost Stampless

It’s Saturday and time for a brand new color duo over at Dynamic Duos!  This week, we’re playing with a bold & sassy duo:  Pumpkin Pie & Wild Wasabi!

Wild Wasabi always makes me smile!  With a name like that, how could you not create a fun card?!  I chose an embossed chevron pattern as my focal point for today’s card.  I was going to go entirely stampless, but then decided I would add a sentiment for good measure!  I threaded some linen thread through the bright button and tied a quick knot.  I just love this duo with kraft!

Now I’m off because the laundry from vacation isn’t going to do itself!  The man & boys in the house don’t seem to be drawn to it either, so I’d better go feed the washing machine some more sand from the beaches!  Really, I don’t mind!  There’s something therapeutic about doing laundry after time away from home.

If you have time, be sure and leave a little blog love for the rest of the design team!

Enjoy your weekend!
