Is it Thursday already?! Time is flying here at our house and I think it might have something to do with school being out for the summer! We’re all adjusting to no bus schedule, no homework, later bedtimes, etc., but I really think we’re going to survive!
Today, I’m sharing a card with you that I made a little while ago, but had stashed away and forgotten. Imagine!
The girl silhouette is from a Close to My Heart stamp set I’ve had for a long time. Love it! This card really says it all. So many times I look at others and see qualities or talents in them that I’d love to have, but really, I need to be making the most of what I’ve been given! When it comes to creativity, I’m finally beginning to realize that, right now, my creative style is clean and simple. You won’t find a lot of extra embellishments on my cards because I love having one focal point that is easy to find, makes an impression and uses a little creativity in design. At least, I think that’s what I see in my creations?! Perhaps in the months ahead I’ll evolve into a different style, but I’m feeling pretty content right now.
What about you? Have you figured out your creative style?
