Stamps:  Prickley Pear (Smell My Feet sentiment, Dead Head Spider)

I can’t believe it has been a year since I joined the Prickley Pear design team!  What a year it has been too!  Today, I’m saying goodbye to the team and this is my final official design team card!  I have plenty of wonderful images to use, though, so don’t be surprised if I post more about Prickley Pear stamps in the future!  What fun!

For today’s card, I decided to make a card using one of the new Halloween images in the store.  I’m not much into scary things at Halloween time, so tried to add some cuteness to this card!  I fussy cut the spider and bent its legs a little to make it look like it is just sitting there, patiently waiting to scurry off somewhere!  I added a pop of pink too, thinking that would make the spider seem cute.  Almost.

I hope you had a great weekend!  It was a rather cool one here, but we got a few house projects done!

Have a marvelous Monday!

I try hard to think of spiders as cute but no – not even with a pop of pink! Great halloween card though and that sentiment makes me giggle every time I come across it!
