Ice Dream

With all the talk of Christmas in July both online and locally, I was reminded I still had some winter stamps to color and create with!  This image has been a favorite of mine ever since I discovered it a while back!  As a little girl, I always dreamed of being a figure skater.  I still love to watch the professionals, but I’m afraid if I tried any of their seemingly easy maneuvers now, I’d break something!  By golly, I can’t even stop without aiming for the side walls!  Guess I didn’t quite master that sport, did I?!  🙂

I’m having fun working on winter cards while it’s summer!  I can be such a procrastinator and this felt rather liberating to be working on a winter card long before I’ll be needing it!  🙂  I’m submitting this little gal for Crissy’s DT call that is about to wrap up on Sunday!  I’ve had so much fun playing along and I can’t wait to see what Crissy creates in the days ahead!!  Such a talented artist and I’m glad I happened upon her website!  I didn’t realize she had one, but now I’m hooked!
