Sweet One Layer Celebrations

It’s time for another installment of photography tips and tricks over on the Sweet Stamp Shop blog and today I’m sharing how to do some basic editing using PicMonkey, a wonderful online editing site!  Go check out the post and then go have some fun exploring PicMonkey!  It’s so fun playing with photos over there that I often have to peel myself away from it!

I decided to create a one layer card for this week’s card example.  Take a look…

Stamps:  Sweet Stamp Shop (Elegant Sentiments, Sparkle and Shine)

I stamped the sentiment first and then added varying sizes of the sequin image in three different shades of color.  So easy!

I went ahead and used the same layout on a second card to show you just how easily this design would work for other occasions!

Stamps:  Sweet Stamp Shop (Elegant Sentiments, Sparkle and Shine)

I used the second large sentiment from the Elegant Sentiments set and then used colors for the sequins from the Sparkle and Shine set that weren’t so similar for a more cheerful look!  Inside, this card says, “birthday!”

I hope you’ll take time to visit Sweet Stamp Shop on Facebook if you haven’t already done so!  By Liking them, you will have access to the special fan page for each new release as well as special coupons to use in their store from time to time!  March will have TWO new releases, so you’ll want to have the inside scoop!

Have a marvelous Monday!
