Trick or Treat

It’s a beautiful autumn day here today and I find myself hoping that this kind of weather will continue until the kids have finished their annual trick-or-treating!  Some years we have beautiful weather and other years, the kids might as well dress up as themselves because their costumes are covered with heavy coats, hats and mittens!

With trick-or-treating on the mind, I created a Halloween themed card to share for the current Mama Elephant challenge:  Anything Goes.

I just love the adorable Bootastic set!  This little mummy is heading off to town for a little candy collecting.  His friend, Spider, wanted to tag along.  Both images were stamped and popped up with foam dots.  I used a Creative Cuts die to create the rolling hills and the Cityscape die to cut two separate layered images for the city scene before popping them up with foam dots.  I added three gold star sequins to finish off the design.

Now it’s off to enjoy a glorious autumn evening!  After a few days of grey, the sunshine is very welcome!

Have a terrific Tuesday (evening)!

I saw this somewhere else and didn't realize it was yours – I have (and love) the Bootastic set – but I had to ordered the cityscape die so I could recreate your fun scene!
