A Happy Home
Monday is back! In some ways, I welcome it this week as I feel like I’m still easing back into “real” life after vacation and unpacking! Whew! I got quite a bit of school shopping done over the weekend, so feeling good about that! Just need to double check wardrobes to make sure I haven’t missed anything and shop for school bags! School begins in two weeks!
Today, I’m sharing a Prickley Pear card using a combination of two of the Clearly Beautiful sets.
Stamps: Prickley Pear (Spring Scalloped Circles, Sunflowers & Mini Hibiscus – sentiment only) |
I played with clean lines again and came up with this design. I used SU’s textured Rich Razzleberry & Old Olive cardstock for the main colors. I added three small purple gemstones to the flowers in the vase and kept everything very simple.
Enjoy your Monday!

Such gorgeous stamping, Melissa! I love the CAS design and love the tri colors on the vase of flowers. The tiny gems are such a great touch.
We, too, start school in 2 weeks, and this weekend was filled with shopping for supplies and clothes. 🙂
It seems too soon for school to be starting 🙁 but your happy little card cheers me up a bit! Love that sweet little vase. Have a great day Melissa!
Love this!!!
Such a sweet card, love that vase. What a whirlwind back to school always is. Lucky you to have most of it together.
Melissa, this is perfectly delightful! LOVE those colors of the Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive together too. Fabulous card!

That Razzleberry is Rich! And the simple little vase of flowers and the lovely sentiment are perfect framed with it!
