A Quick Hello

I’m already in weekend mode. You probably thought you wouldn’t be hearing from me!  However, I can’t start my weekend without giving a little wave and saying, “Hello!”

Just a very clean and simple card to share with you before I return to my baby shower/weekend planning!  I used Stampin’ Up’s Wild Wasabi ink for the green.  I’d originally stamped the geometric strip for another project and, not wanting to waste an entire card just because my initial idea didn’t work out, I made myself sit and stare at this for a while!  I finally grabbed a small scrap of white cardstock, stamped the HELLO, added three green gemstones and adhered the little panel with foam dots.  I rounded the corners to go along with the circles and I was done!

I hope you have a good weekend ahead!  This week went by rather quickly in our house, it seems.  Now I need to shift my brain into pink & black mode!  The baby shower is tomorrow for my sis-in-love and we’ll be spending the day with my family since they all live fairly close to each other!  Thanksgiving may just repeat itself!
