CASology COMMENCEMENT
It’s time for a new cue word over at CASology! With all the graduations going on this month, we thought we’d provide a gallery of inspiration for the occasion this week!
I used a stitched die cut from Mama Elephant’s Femme Frames to create the hat base, cutting it to fit on the card base at an angle. I stamped the letters from A Muse Studio’s Rino Alphabet in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, following the edge of the hat. I punched a 3/4-inch circle, cut it in half and heat embossed it with Ranger Gold Tinsel Embossing Powder. I popped it up on the hat with foam adhesive. The assembled hat was then popped up on the card base using foam adhesive.
We have two graduations to attend this year. Both are kids that were just three years old when we moved to the area! Time really does fly! Our own children are living proof of that and whenever I attend graduations, I find myself reminded again just how quickly children grow up. And how fast life itself goes by. Every day counts.
Have a terrific Tuesday!
