CASology COPPER
It’s Tuesday and time for a new cue word over at CASology! It feels like forever since I’ve played along! The warmer months often have me shifting gears and photography (my other passion) becomes more of a priority when it comes to creative things.
This week, it’s all about copper. I remembered I had some copper embellished washi tape and used it to create a simple design. I adhered three rows of the tape to a piece of white cardstock and then cut out the word “hug” with a word die from STAMPlorations, this week’s sponsor. I then cut the same word out of a die cut stitched panel and layed the washi word inside the void, adhering a piece of kraft cardstock behind to stabilize things. The assembled panel was then popped up on the card base using foam adhesive for dimension.
Be sure and stop by the design team members’ blogs as well as our guest designer’s blog this week and leave them a little blog love! They’d love to hear from you!
Then, don’t forget to link up your own COPPER creation on the challenge blog by Monday at 9:00 a.m. (CDT) for your chance to win the prize from STAMPlorations, this week’s generous sponsor!
Have a terrific Tuesday!
