CASology in Monochrome
It’s time for a new cue word challenge over at CASology! How about keeping colors simple this week?!
Stamps: Lawn Fawn |
I went with a white on white design, keeping the main images uncolored and then added a pop of a single color to add interest. The mailbox and the letter are both fussy cut and popped up with foam dots for dimension. I tried to create a little movement by adding the swirl. The little hearts have a little sparkle to them, thanks to a clear Wink of Stella brush marker.
Melissa Chipperfield – You are here.
Remember to link up your own monochromatic CAS design to the challenge blog by Monday at NOON (CST) for your chance to win the prize from this week’s sponsor, STAMPlorations!
Have a terrific Tuesday!

So cute and I like the little swirl leading to the mailbox!
Aw. how sweet! I love the movement you created by adding the swirl…and of course I love the little addition of sparkle! 🙂
Your card is Cas-tastic!
Awesome! Love the pop of red and the swirl is a perfect addition to show the movement. 🙂
Such a cute and sweet card, love those little hearts
That swirl was the perfect touch. And the pops of red! Gorgeous card!
Hey Melissa! Once again! Great card. I love how the envelope has a relationship with the mailbox. I bought the stamp set that you used last week because I loved your card so much. You didn't name the stamp set here and I'm glad, because I would want to order that set too. Nicely done.
