It’s Tuesday again and that means it’s time for a new cue word challenge over at CASology!  This week, we’re downsizing a bit.

I was thinking of going down an entirely different path than I ended up traveling, but maybe I’ll still go that direction later in the week.  Time will tell.  First, I have to find the stamp I was looking for in my stash…something that is not so mini anymore.  Sigh.

This week’s sponor is Uniko Studio and I grabbed the Sweet Baby set because babies are simply “mini me’s” of their parents, right?!

I die cut the main panel and stamped the onesie image, coloring it with Copic markers.  I added three tiny little gemstones for snaps and then stamped a simple sentiment.  The main panel is popped up with foam dots.  I just love a card that is primarily white with a pop of color and that’s what I went with for this design.

Be sure and visit the design team member blogs as well as this week’s guest designer’s blogs and give them a little virtual hello!

Have a terrific Tuesday!

This is a wonderful interpretation of mini. Everyone loves a little baby, right? Great coloring, too.

Yes, we have a few “mini me's” in our house…my neighbor even calls my son by that name because he thinks he looks exactly like my husband! Great rhinestone snaps and fun purple onesie color…I have a few mini onesies from when my son was born pre-term at two pounds…that was mini, too! Great card! Can't wait to see what else you have in mind..if you find the stamps! 🙂

Oh, I was wondering why you added the gemstones on your image. Snaps for onesie? Now I got it! Thanks for the explanation. Since I'm not a mom, I need that. Haha! Oh, I almost forgot to say that your card is so adorable, Melissa!

Melissa, what a smart card! Love the design and tiny gemstones! Thank you again for inviting me to CASology, giving a link to my blog in every DT member's blog, this is so welcoming and helpful for bloggers-begginers as I am. I appreciate this support very much 🙂 Ksenija

Hey Melissa!! Onesies are always cute but this little is super cute. I love that you colored it purple, that's my favorite color.

Gosh, that took me back to when my twins were mini! Like Judy, I have kept their mini-est (is that a word?!?) onesies as a reminder. They were 3kg each, so not really mini, but there is something about a onesie that makes all mums a little mushy inside, don't you think? Absolutely love your take this week.

I just realized I choose the same baby Onesies like you did on your sweet card…I love the color in purple and how so clean this card looks…I read Hazel comment and feel oh sad I did not save my babies mini-est (onesies) I have sent to my friend who has baby…but I keep some of his tiny onesies as he was 1 years old…lovely coloring Melissa…adorable baby card..hugs, Monika
