CASology: REPEAT After Me
It’s Tuesday and time for a brand new cue word over at CASology! We know we’re repetitive each week always creating with CAS style, but we can’t help ourselves! We love clean & simple design!
Stamps: Precious Remembrance (DIY, Positive Thoughts – sentiment) |
I decided to repeat one main image on my card, hoping to achieve some movement on my design. I was going for a ‘feather pen in motion’ look, but maybe it’s more of a ‘what was she thinking’ look. I added some subtle interest using colored sequins. A little sparkle never hurt anything!
Be sure and leave the design team and this week’s guest designer some blog love! They’d love to hear from you! Hannelie is joining us for her very first challenge as a design team member! Let’s give her a warm welcome!
Have a terrific Tuesday!

The feathers have an exposive (but in a good way!!) feeling which makes the card feel very joyful!
Thanks for the warm welcome Melissa!
I love this soft subtle “explosion” . The sequins adds a great touch!
I do like those feathers, and I see the movement as well. Great placement of the sequins.
I really do love the movement you have achieved on your card and the softer tones with the pop of colour from the sequins is superb. Hugs Bev x
Love the texture in those feathers, and agree with Ardyth, they do have an explosive quality! Beautiful colour choice and pops of sequins!
Melissa, this is so fun! Love the sequins with a pop of color!
