CASology SEASON

It’s Tuesday and time for a brand new cue word over at CASology!  This week, we’re brainstorming with the word SEASON!

I have been thinking about the seasons of life lately as my youngest is fast approaching school age and my oldest is getting way too close to starting high school!  Time really does fly and it waits for none of us.  I went with a sympathy card as it seems there have been many funerals for those finishing up their last season of life lately.  It really does make one stop and consider their own life.

The flowers are from Uniko Studio’s Uniko Style set.  The images were stamped in Amuse Studio inks.  The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and is from one of Paper Trey Ink’s anniversary sets I found in my stash.  I love that this ended up being a one layer design.  I thought about adding some glitter, but had second thoughts considering the theme of the card!
