CASology SPRINKLEs
It’s Tuesday and time for a brand new cue word over at CASology! This week, we’re brainstorming with the word SPRINKLE! For me, this word is typically a very happy one and makes me think of those colorful little things the kids sprinkle all over cookies, cupcakes…counters and floors. However, in the spirit of spring rains, I went with an umbrella image instead.
I used a couple of older Paper Trey Ink sets, Scattered Showers and Scattered Showers Additions. The handle was stamped first and then I stamped the main part of the umbrella in SU’s Tempting Turquoise and fussy cut it before popping it up with foam dots to add a touch of dimension. I added a trio of raindrops to serve as a sprinkle, adding a touch of sparkle to each one with a clear Wink of Stella brush marker. The sentiment was stamped in black.
I hope you’ll stop by the blogs of each design team member and this week’s guest designer! A little sprinkle of blog love always makes anyone’s day!
