HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Since these are handcrafted items, please note that many items are individually created once an order is placed.  Some items have been pre-made and are ready to ship the next business day, but in general, please allow 1-3 business days for small to average sized orders to ship.  Larger orders may take 5-7 business days to ship to allow time for creation and packaging for shipment.  I will always let you know if an order will need additional time to create.  Please know I always put forth my best effort to get things in the mail as soon as possible!  Who likes to wait for happy mail to arrive any longer than necessary?!  Definitely not me!

For general questions related to orders &/or shipping, please contact me via the contact form.  Once an order ships, I can not change individual items or quantities within the order.

Since most of my items are handcrafted, I can not accept returns unless an item is damaged during shipping.  In that case, please contact me.
