Fish Love

It’s Tuesday and time for a brand new cue word over at CASology! We’re thinking about all things related to water this week!
I went with fish simply because I’ve had this cute fish themed set in my stash for some time now which has never touched ink! I used a stencil to sponge the background panel. The fish were colored with Copic markers and cut out before being popped up along with the heart. The heart sparkles a little with the help of a Wink of Stella brush marker.
