Getting Back to Routine

Yesterday was a wind down from the weekend/dig in for the new week kind of day for me!  I had a whirlwind of a week last week and the weekend was the same.  I’ve been trying to get my head back on straight!  I’m feeling a bit more like myself after a good run on the treadmill tonight.  The good ole wonder of a workout!  🙂

I wanted to play along with the challenges over at SCS today, but didn’t convince myself to take time to stamp until the afternoon was coming to a close and DS1 was only minutes from arriving home!  Crunch time!  It’s a good thing my card style is clean and simple!

Here’s what I came up with:

Supplies:
Stamps – SU Live Like You Mean It set
Paper – SU Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Concord Crush cardstocks
Ink – SU Crumb Cake, Concord Crush
Accessories – Cuttlebug embossing folder, cream colored button, linen thread, corner rounder, Stampin’ Dimensionals, glue dots

Challenges:  SCS Clean & Simple #115 and Color Challenge #319

This is a wonderful card. The positioning of your stamps is perfect – with the two overlapping flowers and the sentiment connecting with the two. Love the simple embossing folder you chose!

Beautiful! Sounds like you've been busy! Here too! No stamping since Saturday, but I may sneek down this afternoon for a bit…maybe. There is pie to be made too…
