Green
It’s time for some lucky green! It’s challenge #7 over at CASology and the cue word for the week is GREEN! You’ll want to be sure to play along this week as participants will be entered into a drawing to win a package of 40 sheets of good quality white cardstock! You know, so more “white space” can be created on those Clean & Simple cards!
For my card, I started thinking about the color swatches you get at the paint stores. I need to paint a few rooms in the house this fall, so I’m starting to think about colors! Since this week focuses on GREEN at CASology, I used three different shades of green on my card to create a very simple design!
The sentiment is one from a Paper Trey set. Other than that, this card is all cardstock! I rounded one of the upper corners for a little added interest & popped up the greens with some foam dots, but added no embellishments!
Be sure to visit the other design team members’ blogs and leave them some blog love and don’t forget to link up your own creations to the challenge blog by Sunday at noon (CST)!

Love this simple design – the tie in to Ireland/leprechauns and luck is clever and subtle! (PS – OMG – I can't read your non-robot cues AT ALL today!)
Love the effect that one rounded corner hason the whole look of your card. Love those shades of green.
Cute Melissa! You'll like a green room. Our kitchen is the prettiest shade of green with white cabinets, love it!
LOVE!!! So creative and pretty. You could do a whole set of cards with different colors and sentiments! Yes, I love!
