CASology FEATHER
A new challenge is up and running over at CASology! This time around, the focus is on feathers!
At first, I was going to go with the obvious feather image, but then remembered there were some rather cute bird images in my neglected stash. This one from Neat & Tangled was the one I settled on to use. The tree stump and bird were stamped and colored with Copic markers before being die cut with the coordinating dies. These were then attached to the card base using foam adhesive for a touch of dimension.
The sweet and simple sentiment was stamped in black ink directly on the card base. The mini heart was stamped in red ink to finish the design. I happen to love clean fonts and this sentiment is from a wonderful set just full of this typewriter font!
I hope you can come join us over at CASology and take a look at what the design team has created for inspiration this time around!

CAS perfect, Melissa!
Your card inspired me to go away from the standard feather image when I was creating my card. I love this cute little birdie, with the little heart it’s perfectly Cas. Claire x
Thanks, Claire! 🙂
