CASology DRAGONFLY
It’s time for a new two-week challenge over on the CASology blog! Dragonflies have always intrigued me a bit! What about you?
A retired Stampin Up! set called Dragonfly Dreams was used for this design. First, the main panel was die cut using a stitched rectangle die and a piece of watercolor paper for texture. Green ink was applied to the dragonfly stamp and then a little water was spritzed onto the stamp before stamping onto the main panel.
As this dried, the pretty sentiment was stamped with black ink. Once the design was dry, the main panel was adhered to the card base using foam adhesive. To finish, a little sparkle was applied to the wings using a brush marker.
I hope you’ll visit the blogs of the rest of the design team and this week’s guest designer! They’d love to hear from you and they have done such a phenomenal job creating inspirational designs for the challenge!
