CASology TALL
It’s time for a new cue word over at CASology!
I was trying to think of things that are tall. Quite a few came to mind, but a ferris wheel stuck with me. I am not fond of heights and, growing up, my older brother had the habit of rocking the bucket whenever we happened to ride a ferris wheel together. I’m not sure why I continued to ride it with him! Maybe I was a bit too gullible when he “promised” he wouldn’t rock the bucket?!
I used a grass stencil for the grass and then created a mask so I could stamp the ferris wheel image directly over it. The ferris wheel image was stamped a second time on a scrap piece of cardstock so I could color the individual buckets and fussy cut them before popping them up over the original image with foam adhesive. This added a touch of dimension to the design. The sentiment was stamped last in black ink and the card was finished!
Be sure and play along with us this week for your chance to win the prize from our wonderful sponsor, STAMPlorations!
Have a terrific Tuesday!

Wow on making a ferris wheel look so small! Love the pops of coLour and the perfect placement x
I’m thinking if ferris wheels were this size, I’d be more apt to ride them. 😉
Love this ferris wheel image, and it is definitely perfect for tall. I love to see a ferris wheel, but cannot ride in one without feeling terrible!
Such a great design. Even I’m also afraid of the heights. 🙂
