The Cat’s Pajamas September Release Hop

It’s here!  The Cat’s Pajamas September New Release Blog Hop!  You should have arrived here from Wendy’s blog.

I created this slimline design using a combination of products from the new release.  The bear & mushroom images were stamped, colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  These images are from the Follow Your Arrow set.  To create the cloud background, I die cut a cloud border out of cardstock and used that to mask the clouds using Distress Oxide ink.  The grass piece was die cut using a grass die and colored by applying a little green Distress Oxide ink..  Both the cloud and grass dies are from the new Slimline Basics Cut Ups.  The grass piece was adhered to the masked card base and then the little mushrooms and bear were adhered using foam adhesive for dimension.  The sentiment (from the The World is Yours set) was stamped in black ink directly onto the card base.  The little fluttering leaves were stamped, colored with Copic markers and die cut using the coordinating dies in the Simply Blessed set.  These were popped up on the card base using foam adhesive and the a little sparkle was applied with a clear glitter brush marker.
