TCP January Sneaky Peek: Live, Love, Bark

It’s Day #5 of Sneaky Peeks over at The Cat’s Pajamas!

Today, we’re featuring the adorable Live, Love, Bark set.  When I first saw this set, my immediate reaction was, “Awwwww!”

I couldn’t resist using the “Don’t Stop Believing” sentiment with the new year still fairly fresh…as well as many new year’s resolutions.  Anyone else have Journey’s song, Don’t Stop Believin’, come to mind?!  Maybe I just dated myself…

I stamped the little pup and used the coordinating die to cut it out.  Copic markers were used to add a touch of color to the headband, weights and perspiration.  She’s like me…needs some good tunes to keep her motivated while working out!  Maybe she’s listening to Journey’s tune?  I added a little dimension using foam adhesive and stamped the one-line sentiment directly beneath the main image to ground it a bit.  The music notes are from an older set called Cinco de Cactus.  To finish the design, I added a little clear sparkle to the headband with a clear Wink of Stella brush marker.
