I’m back and feeling much better! I don’t know what bit me, but I don’t recall ever having back pain with a virus before! Perhaps I’m just not quite as young as I try to tell myself I am?! Today, I’m thankful to be back up and running close to normal again and find myself feeling so lucky to have had good health so far in life! To all of you chronic back pain sufferers out there, I might be able to sympathize a teeny tiny bit with you now.
I’m back in my craft room too, which feels liberating! I have been wanting to play along with the ColourQ challenge for a long time and finally got around to it! How could I resist any longer this week when the colors are such beauties?!
I couldn’t find any Cool Caribbean in my stash of oldies, but goodies, so went with Pool Party instead. I hope it’s close enough!
I simply cut a strip of each of the four blues, adhered them to a white piece of cardstock and embossed the finished panel in my Cuttlebug. I then popped the panel up with foam dots, stamped the simple sentiment and added the little felt star. The inside simply says, “YOU.”
Today is going to be a bit of a catch up day. Funny how quickly things pile up when you’re down and out. Fresh energy is mine, though, so I plan to tackle a mountain!
