A Muse Studio July Collection Sneak Peek!

Excitement is in the air as we gear up for the release of the A Muse Studio July Collection!  This Friday will be the big day and you are going to love this beautiful collection of new products!

Today, I’m sharing a card using the new Summer Blooms set, a gorgeous collection of floral images with coordinating dies to match!

I wanted to make a pocket with flowers peeking out and the Chevron Pennant Duo dies were perfect for the idea!  I used the smaller of the two dies, scoring and folding over the top of it before adding a line of pretty pink, polka dotted paper tape (also releasing this Friday!).  I stamped the flowers in Hibiscus, Melon, Cotton Candy inks & the leaf sprigs in Evergreen ink before die cutting them with the coordinating dies for the new stamp set.  The sentiment was stamped in Versafine Onyx Black ink on the pocket.  I then layered the flowers behind the pocket, attaching the pocket to the Sugar card base with foam adhesive for dimension.  I finished the design by adding little white pearls to the flower centers as embellishments.
