Organized for an Hour

I sometimes find myself wondering if I’m the only one that finds it difficult to keep my creative space organized.  I know this isn’t so, but why is it so hard to keep things looking in order as shown in the picture above?  I don’t know about you, but I find myself arranging, then rearranging my supplies quite often.  (Think I should stop looking at fellow crafters’ stamp and scrap rooms, perhaps?)  We always want what we don’t have, I suppose!  🙂  Anyway, I wanted to show proof that my craft room CAN look slightly organized and neat!  This is my latest arrangement.  Still not my “dream” studio, by any means, but it’s my nook in our house and I do find it relaxing!  When I allow myself to relax, that is!  My two monkeys (aka boys) have a little table they work at across from my desk!  That has been a life saver for me.  Who knew paper punches could keep little ones occupied for so long?!  🙂  Currently, I’m agonizing over how to best store my cardstock.  I can’t decide whether to store it in a file, horizontally or vertically.  I’m finding I’m a pretty visual kind of person.  You know, “Out of sight, out of mind!”  However, I don’t want to give up too much space.  Decisions, decisions!!
