I found a little time this afternoon to make a card for Sweet Stamp Shop’s UWYH Challenge, so thought I’d share!  We are to make a double duty card (a card that works for more than one challenge)!  I’m also submitting this card to the current Color Q challenge:

…AND…Splitcoast Stampers Branching Out challenge!  Three challenges with one card!
So what did I use from my stash this time around?  Bling!  My stash of the stuff is overflowing these days!  Here is one small drawer of it:

I used two different sets from Sweet Stamp Shop as I thought the sentiment went with the tree image quite well!  You know…”shade?!”  You have to love English as a language with all the different meanings one word can have!  It’s no wonder it’s one of the more difficult languages to learn if it’s not your native language!  Good grief!

Stamps:  Sweet Stamp Shop (Fall Gratitude, Color Wheel)

I sponged ink in three colors onto the oval tree image in order to get the multi-colored look.  The pearl heart was added just before popping up the entire tree with foam dots for dimension.  I love trees this time of year that have a mix of colors on them!  So pretty!

Laundry is the main theme for me this week!  Seems I can’t quite keep up most days, but DS1 sometimes surprises me and processes a load or two!  Love that!  DD has been spending a fair amount of time in a Mei Tai wrap I have on hand as she still catnaps and fusses in the afternoons.  This is the only way I can get things done on the days I have time sensitive things on the to do list!  She seems to like it better than the first one I posted a picture of.  It’s actually a bit more comfortable for me too now that she’s put on a little more weight!

Don’t worry!  The straps are usually tied around her back rather than her shoulders, but I wanted to show you the cute embroidered design, a little baby bird in a nest!

Enjoy the rest of your Thursday!
