Stitched
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Today is the beginning of a new challenge over at The Stamping Boutique! This time around, we are to use stitching on our creations, whether real or faux. Since my sewing machine is buried in our storage room (rather neglected these days), I used my paper piercer and a black marker to create some faux stitching. I popped up the balloon to add a little dimension and added some sparkle with Stickles.
Supplies:
Stamps – The Stamping Boutique (Trenton – digital), The Stamps of Life (sentiment)
Paper – Echo Park DP (Your Truly), SU Crumb Cake & Very Vanilla cardstocks
Ink – SU Real Red & Basic Black
Accessories – paper piercer & black marker (for faux stitching), Nestabilities (heart, scalloped heart), Stickles (on balloon), foam dot (popped up balloon), sponge (around vanilla colored heart)
Coloring – Copic markers
