Sweet News!
I finally get to announce some exciting news that I’ve kept to myself for a few weeks! Not only is today Sweet Stamp Shop’s December Release Day, but I am now an official member of their design team! Remember I mentioned earlier this week that I am starting a photography series over on the Sweet Blog? That’s part of this exciting new opportunity! I couldn’t be more stoked! There are lots of new, exciting things in store and I encourage you to keep an eye on this company!

I fussy cut the mixer and then paper pieced with some My Mind’s Eye decorative paper (another favorite of mine). It is popped up with foam dots and embellished with a red pearl heart.

Isn’t this just the cutest?! I’m a huge fan of sprinkles on baked goods so this sentiment is just perfect in our house! I stamped the heart cookies, the icing and the sprinkles and then added pink Stickles to the icing. The sentiment was stamped and then sequins were added to complete the sprinkled look of the card. I rounded the corner for a little interest.
Next up? How about some pretty blooms! I love color, so this set is going to find itself inked in a rainbow of colors in the weeks ahead! For this card, I used purple, blue and yellow.

This is a simple one layer card that I see myself making over and over again! There are more pretty flower images in the set, so I can vary the main image a bit!
