Sweet Stamp Shop April Release, Part I

Are you ready for a little excitement?!  I hope so because today is the first of two new releases this month over at Sweet Stamp Shop!  Four sets are being released today and I used three of them to create some cards, knowing full well that I might just be enabling some of my faithful followers (insert disclaimer).

So here you have them…

I used the Feeling Today set to create this card, stamping two of the words in two different colors to create a background.  I then layered a white sentiment strip over the top.  This card pretty much sums up how I felt using these new goodies!

I then made a card with the coordinating Emotions set, creating a happy, colorful card:

The little dots were created using a stencil and by sponging the colors of the rainbow onto it.  I stamped the words in black on top and then stamped the little heart and added red Stickles to it before popping it up with a tiny portion of a foam dot.  Red glitter cardstock was used as a base for the main panel.

Just look at all those fabulous words!!!

I made two more cards with the new Hats set:

Is this absolute fun, or what?!  With Mother’s Day fast approaching, this one will be perfect for those Mother’s Day cards and gifts!  In fact, I already have one of my cards made for this year thanks to this set!  I layered some of those adorable hats, popping them up with foam dots after coloring them with Copic markers.

I then made a thank you card with the same set, using the little square check boxes from the Feeling Today set to create the checkered pattern.

Just think of all the fun cards these hats will help you create for lots of different occasions!  This card is a “thanks for the ride” type card.
