TCP #358: Summer

June has arrived, and with it, a new monthly challenge over at The Cat’s Pajamas!  This month, it’s all about SUMMER!

I used the Hey Gillfriend stamp set as well as the Rectangular Stamp Cut Up die for this design.

The water was stamped in an indigo blue color.  The seahorse was stamped, colored with Copic markers and cut out before being popped up over the water image.  I die cut around the water image before adhering the seahorse to it.  The sentiment was stamped in black ink and three holeless sequins were added for embellishments.  The finished main panel was then popped up on the card base using foam adhesive.
