The Cat’s Pajamas Sneaky Peek: Silly Numbers

Another day of exciting sneak peeks in going on over at The Cat’s Pajamas today!  This time, we’re featuring the Silly Numbers set and coordinating dies!

When I first saw this set, I immediately thought of all the birthday cards I could create with it!  That’s what I went for when designing today’s card, but I’m thinking there are lots of milestones that could easily be covered with all these fun numbers in hand!

I started by stamping the two and nine in a fun green color and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out.  The cake stand image and sentiment were stamped in black ink directly on the card base and then the two die cut numbers were popped up using foam adhesive.  The little party hat was stamped, colored with Copic markers and then fussy cut before being popped up above the number nine.  Three tiny gold sequins were added as embellishments to finish the design.
