The Color Happy
This week over on the CASology challenge blog, the cue word is YELLOW and I’m very excited about it! I’ll be thinking happy thoughts as I visit all the creations that are linked up, I’m sure!
For me, the word YELLOW brought to mind those beautiful creatures called butterflies! What a happy coincidence that turned out to be because I had some Uniko Studio butterfly images and dies in my stash to use and this company happens to be the CASology sponsor this week!
Stamps: Uniko Studio (Bright Butterflies, All Occasions Sentiments #1) Paper: Paper Trey cardstock (white) Ink: Memento (Tuxedo Black), SU (Daffodil Delight) Accessories: Uniko Studio butterfly die, gemstone, black Copic marker, foam dot |
After stamping the big sentiment, I die cut and stamped a butterfly in yellow. I popped it up with a foam dot for dimension and added a gemstone I’d colored with a black Copic marker. As you can see, simplicity is my friend these days!
Be sure to check out the YELLOW creations of the CASology design team and this week’s guest designer:
Guest Designer: Jessi
Don’t forget to link up your own YELLOW creation on the challenge blog by Sunday at 4:00 p.m. (CDT)!
