To Everything a Place: Week 4 – The Kitchen Pantry
BEFORE |
The vacuum was relocated, everything was taken out (Yes, the kitchen was quite something that day!) and DH went to work measuring, cutting shelving boards and installing them. The end result? A pantry that looks like this:

Since then, we haven’t really changed anything! It’s worked out very well! The shelf just above the folding chairs is now a shelf with kids’ activity types of things on it and I’m loving having those things so easily accessible for rainy day kitchen play! There are three white plastic bins on the left side (just above the bottled water) that hold potatoes, onions and garlic, three frequently used ingredients in our house! These bins I found at Bed, Bath and Beyond. This project is one that I was so happy to have done!
It’s on into a new week. Hopefully, one without any new respiratory bugs. All but DH and DD came down with colds and coughs last week. Thus, the lack of energy on my part to tackle too much in the organizing department or down in my craft room! Onward and forward!

I have a list of things that need to be organized around my house…maybe I should plan to do some before and after pictures…this is rather inspiring 🙂
