The sun is shining and it’s a beautiful day here! After yesterday’s gloominess, it’s a very welcome sight!
Yesterday, I met up with a good friend for lunch and it was so nice to sit and chat (between keeping two of my little monkeys in check) over a hot meal. I don’t know about you, but I don’t do that often enough! There’s something refreshing about sitting with a friend and just talking about whatever is on your mind. It’s like taking a deep, calming breath in the middle of life’s craziness.
Speaking of friends, do you have any that have a knack with crafty things? I made this card using one of the newer cooking themed sets from Taylored Expressions. It’s a fun one! I paper pieced the apron with papers from one of my favorite companies, My Mind’s Eye.
