World Gratitude Day with Honey Bee Stamps
Today is World Gratitude Day and I wanted to be sure and take time to say THANK YOU to those who visit my blogs, Instagram feeds and Facebook pages, supporting my creative adventures with kind words and encouragement. It’s definitely a journey and when I look back at where I started, it’s crazy how much my crafting style has changed over the years! It takes time and lots of patience to find your personal niche, but today I can truly say I believe I’ve finally found mine in the clean and simple world of card making. My photography continues to evolve and I feel like I’m still trying to find my true, defined niche with that, but I’m enjoying the journey! The creative community is such a wonderful place filled with outstanding individuals who uplift each other daily. I know I’ve had the privilege of having the loving support of fellow creatives throughout the world and I want to pass on the same with heartfelt gratitude, inspiring others to have the courage to keep creating, keep believing and use your creative gift to touch the lives of those in need.
My simple card for today is filled with thankfulness despite it being super clean & simple. I used the pumpkin from a new set called Acorn Sisters from Honey Bee Stamps as the main image, stamping it on white cardstock and spritzing it with a little gold Heidi Swapp Color Shine.
It was fussy cut and popped up on a watercolored die cut panel with foam adhesive. The little sentiment was stamped in black and little sequins were added as embellishments. The assembled main panel was then popped up on the white card base with more foam adhesive and the design was complete!
I hope you’ve had a wonderful Thursday! Be sure and visit the Honey Bee Stamps online store at midnight tonight when the new release goes live!
